What to Expect
I'm dedicated to curating a personalized and unforgettable experience tailored just for you and your event! Our journey begins with an initial consultation where we'll discuss your vision and requirements, as well as explore my range of packages to ensure a perfect fit. Following our discussion, you'll receive a contract within 1-2 business days.
Once the contract is signed, you'll receive an invoice for the deposit. As the event date approaches, I'll handle all necessary preparations and collaborate closely with you or your coordinator to arrange for the optimal setup of tables and chairs in accordance with your layout preferences. Guest Portraits
Every portrait will be signed and placed in a protective sleeve with a backing board. All travel time is based on the operating state’s current mileage rate. Travel is included within 30 miles of my studio.
This package includes painting on-site at a live event. Portraits that are not completed in the time allotted during the event will be finished in the artist’s studio within 1-2 business days and shipped to the couple by USPS at no additional charge.
4x6” or 5x7” ink and watercolor on cold- pressed paper with a border, no faces
Starting: $1,000+ for up to 40-50 guests
Starting: $1,300+ for up to 80 guests
30% deposit with the signed contract
Guest Portrait “Thank You’s”
This package includes the live painted event but portraits will be mailed to the recipient. Once paintings are completed onsite/in studio, the recipients will be mailed their thank you card directly to their address.
4x6” or 5x7” ink and watercolor portraits on the front of a watercolor foldable card.
Beneath the card will have either the couple’s name, date or “thank you” on the front below the illustration.
I will personally write out the specified thank you message as well as mail out the cards directly from my studio. Pricing includes the cost of stamps and envelopes.

Travel and Cancellation Policy
All travel time is based on the operating state’s current mileage rate. Travel is included within 30 miles of my studio. Your quote will include the travel costs.
If you cancel or if there is an issue and the date is changed I can try to accommodate you; however, if the new date is not available, we can work out a painting set directly to you or the deposit can be returned. Your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of the event.
